I use this watch a lot, its an automatic. 7009 Movement model 519a from seiko. Vintage 1978. The movement is very clean and ticks nicely. Got it from Parkridge, illinois. This particular watch has  day and date, were the date is in English and arabic, wich means that the watch was made for the midle east market.
